Usage : CE1018 emulsion is a good choice for woodbonding, Typical applications as follows:
.packaging adhesives for carton
.woodbonding/furniture
Applications methods :
- Clean floor surface before installing, free from dust and grease etc. Make sure all substrates must be flat
- Coat the glue evenly on both sides of the two substances with brush or toothed scraper
- According to the different temperature and moisture, press them about 5-18 hours until the glue drying.
Storage : The shelf life of CE1018 is one year from the date of manufecture.

Applications :
1.Substrate treatment: the surface of the bonding s ubstrates must be clean, remove the water, oil, dust paint, rust and so on.
2. Spilling: coat the glue evenly with brush or toothed scraper.
3. C oat ing weight : coat glue on both sides of the bonding surface, the material like wood, the amount of glue need 200g/m2, others like mental, need 150g/m2.
4. Bonding: after coating, close the two surfaces, then give some press. I t takes 3-4 hours in summer, and 5-6 hours in winter to curing.
