Application

It belongs to pineapple processing equipment. This machine can peeling skin and remove kernel from pineapple, in this way we can get the column shape of fruit canister.

Compose

This machine composed by frame, scratch skin blade, peeling blade, remove kernel blade, engine and pneumatic control tool. Engine drive canister of peeling skin blade to tail-wagging by belt roller. cylinder drive feeding rod and remove kernel blade to run.

Operational Principle

Man cut the head and behind of pineapple, and then put it on the operating platform , we can adjust the heighth of operating platform, air cylinder push the pineapple to lacerate scarfskin of it by special scratch skin blade, and then push it into the canister of peel skin which is tail-wagging to peel the skin of it, meanwhile the remove core blade will remove the core off, in this way, we can get column shape of fruit canister, if we don’t need to remove core, get rid of blade of remove core. It is easy to operate, we have instruction to tell how to take off remove kernel blade.

We have two kinds of caliber peel skin blade and two kinds of caliber remove kernel blade. Please choose suitable blade tools as per diameter of pineapple.

Operation

1, Adjust the height of operating platform as per out diameter of pineapple, ask them in concentric by center of pineapple, peel skin blade and remove kernel blade, adjust the depth of four bar of scratch skin blade.

2, Turn on power, the machine run

3, Open the gas switch of air cylinder, wait for the pressure come up to 3kg-4kg.

4, Put the pineapple on the operating platform , tread off the switch of pneumatic control, air cylinder haulm push pineapple to finish peel skin and remove kernel, loosen the switch, air cylinder haulm come back.

5, After work, please clean up the machine. And put out the pineapple core.

Remark

During processing, please pay much attention to hand and foot, put pineapple finished and hand back, and then tread  gas switch of air cylinder.
