Overview
OTV-HVE2 Broadcast Level H.265/H.264 HD MI VGA Encoder Decoder is DIBVIEW Newest Professional HD audio and video encoding decoding device with powerful functionality, which is equipped with 1 channel HD MI and VGA input, 1-Channel HD MI and VGA Output, multi-screen multiprotocol series IP Encoder are designed to demand the increasing needs for video delivery to Internet and mobile devices.
OTV-HVE2 Broadcast Level H.265/H.264 HD MI VGA Encoder Decoder supports audio and video collection by 1-Channel HD MI and VGA input, and One-Channel HD MI and VGA output.
Independent encoding and decoding, IP stream supports kinds of main protocols output (SRT, HLS, RTMP, HTTP, RTSP, UDP), this enable Encoder to deliver H.264/H.265 IP streams by independent IP output to various servers for IPTV & OTT application. Such as Facebook Server, YouTube Server, Ustream Server, Adobe Flash Server, Wowza Media Server, and some other servers based on HLS/UDP/RTSP/RTMP/HTTP/ON VIF protocols. Moreover, video output screen 1~5 split display, and support 4 Customized split modes for professional broadcast level IPTV & OTT system construction, hospitality Hotel IPTV application, Remote multi-window video conference, Remote education and Remote medical treatment and etc.
OTV-HVE2 Broadcast Level H.265/H.264 HD MI VGA Encoder Decoder support Bi-directional transparent transmission of serial data through the network, adding built-in Webserver, which can be managed and configured through a browser.
