Description
Frame work:
made of 1.0mm steel, with electrolytic degreasing, pickling and phosphating, then electrostatic spraying with Akzo Nobel professional epoxy resin powder, coating thickness 0.07~0.09mm, has good performance of acid and alkali resistance and anti-corrosion.
Inner lining:
made of laboratory professional phenolic compact laminate, 5mm thickness.
Air deflector:
made of laboratory professional phenolic compact laminate.
Bench worktop:
Expoxy resin. Chemical resistant board(phenolic resin) and ceramic board are optional.
Base cabinet:
made of cold rolled steel, with electrolytic degreasing, pickling and phosphating, then electrostatic spraying with Akzo Nobel professional epoxy resin powder, coating thickness 0.07~0.09mm, has good performance of acid and alkali resistance and anti-corrosion.
Glass window:
tempered glass window can stop any place in the moving range, 5mm thickness.
Control plate:
LCD control plate, with control buttons include power switch, lighting, draught fan and indicator lights, equipment’s running conditions can be easily monitored on the control plate.
