1. Primer:
To make sure all edge bandings are with enough and average primer, We introduced the new auto-feeding primer equipment for all production lines.
2. Color:
From the first order we would keep samples in record, and the following order will be produced strictly as the first time.
3. Size:
While production, every hour our worker will measure the sizes and keep in record to control the size tolerance.
4.Quantity.
In order to guarantee every roll to full quantity, we invent the Auto-stop roll quantity control equipment, for example we type 100 meter per roll, then every 100 meter it will alarm and stop.
