Products Description
Our JIS standard conveyor roller specifications are as follows：
1.Rubber Roller idlers Dia 80mm-165mm, length 175-920mm, which are used in the steel industry, harbor, coal industry, power industry, cement industry, etc.
2.Shaft: 20-40 STEEL equal to C45, or as request.
3.Bearing: Single & Double Row Deep Groove Ball Bearing 2RZ&2Z with C3 clearance, the brand can be according to the customers'requirements.
4.Seals: Grease retaining inner seal with Multi-stage Labyrinth and Retention Cap with Outboard Rubbing Flinger Seal.
5. Lubrication: Grease is Lithium soap type grease with Rust Inhibitors.
6. Welding: Mixed gas shielded arc welding end
7. Painting: ordinary painting, hot galvanized painting, electric static spraying painting, baked painting.
