1.Q: What's about your production capacity?
A: We produce 7000,000 sets Truck tire and 20,000,000 pcs Passenger car tire every year.
2.Q: How about your delivery time?
A: Within 10 days after deposit, we always deliver the tire according to customer's requirement.
3.Q: What's about the minimum order quantity?
A: We suggest at least 40HQ,as by our exporting experience, 40HQ container sea freight is more economic. But we do not have limit even 1 pcs tire we will arrange for you.
4.Q: How about quality guarantee of your tires?
A:(1) We import nature rubber from Thailand and we use the best CABOT Brand Carbon Black and BEKAERT Brand Steel.
(2)Advanced production equipment, including German Krupp mixer, Netherlands VMI tire building machine.
(3) All semi-finished tires are inspected 100%, qualified rate is almost 100%. This is seldom in China.
(4)There are 5 times inspection for each tyre, including appearance test,X-ray test, dynamic test and so on.
5.Q: Do you have stock?
A:We have 20,0000 pcs tire regular inventory for fast delivery, and we have modern warehouse to keep the tyre clean and new.
6.Q: Terms of payment
A:(1). First time cooperation, we can accept 30% TT deposit, the balance should be paid against copy of B/L within 10 days.
(2). By irrevocable LC at sight.
(3). Any other payment term, we can discuss.

A: DOT,ECE,CCC,SNI,INMETRO,GCC,SONCAP,SGS,ECE.,Smark, REACH,SASO,LATU,NOM etc. certificates.
Major Functions
A tire can provide a vehicle with 4 major functions.
Construction: Radial tire and Bias ply tire
| Radial ply casing cords are placed across tire from bead to bead. In addition radial tires have breaker plies running circumferentially around the tire under the tread. | Bias ply tires have even numbers of plies with each ply in adjacent directions from bead to bead. The tires may additionally have narrower plies under the tread. |
| The construction can be determined by size designation. Radial tire has "R" while Bias ply tire has hyphen. | |

| Radial ply tire has the advantages in Road holding, Cornering stability, High speed stability, Noise, Rolling resistance and Tire Life. Bias ply tire has only advantage in riding comfort. | |
