Printing Technology
--- Mix thoroughly before use . For long printing process, we strongly recommend occasionally re-mixing the ink for the consistent results. --- Keep lids on the containers to avoid contamination of the inside ink.
--- White underbases are a must for printing on the dark garments. Without an white underbase,the glow intensity and longevity will be weakened seriously.
--- In order to obtain the best results, we recommend a heavy flood and light to moderate squeegee pressure.
--- These inks can be printed by using 80 - 200 mesh screens, depending on the glow intensity you are would like to achieve.
--- Please always test dryer temperatures prior to and during production,normally the curing time is between 90 seconds and 180 seconds , depending on the ink deposit thickness. ·Clean-up with any standard plastisol ink cleaner.
--- For best long term durability, wash inside out with cold water on the delicate cycle. Don’t use bleach and also don’t iron on print,line or hang dry.
We are a luminate materials . Compared with zinc sulfide materials, the luminous time is longer and belongs to long-lasting luminous powder.
