EASYINSMILE orthodontic bonding material
EASYINSMILE ULTRA-BONDING Light Cure Adhesive bonds metal and ceramic brackets to tooth surfaces providing you with additional working time for accurate bracket placement.
Specification:
BASIC PACKAGE:adhesive syringes 3.5G 1 PCS,Primer 3ML 1 PCS,Etchant 2.5ML 1 PCS
Instructions:
1. Tooth preparation: clean teeth enamel surface, remove the tooth surface dirt, rinse with water; isolation teeth, with no oil
and no moisture gun dry tooth surface.
2. Acid etching tooth surface: the etching agent coated on the tooth surface, about 50 to 60 seconds, rinse thoroughly with water,
dry. Note: After etching the tooth surface was chalky. If there is no chalky appearance, prolong the acid etching time.
3. Primer: with a small brush to brush a thin layer of liquid on the tooth surface of the tooth, with another small brush to brush a thin layer of liquid on the bracket surface (wet).
4. Adhesive: with a mixing bar to take a small amount of paste applied to the coating agent has been coated with the brackets to form a thin layer can be. Apply the paste immediately after the brackets and tooth surface adhesion. In 20 seconds to put the bracket position, micro-pressure 5-10 seconds to prevent the bracket slide. 40-60 seconds after the removal of excess liquid and paste. After curing for 5 minutes, orthodontic operation can be performed.
Precautions:
1. The injection needle is disposable and cannot be reused.
2. This product minimizes the exposure time to air, and after each use, tighten the protective cover and store it at room
temperature in a dry place.
3. Avoid contact with skin, mucous membranes, and eyes. If contact occurs, rinse immediately with water.
