Description
E8016 series transparent epoxy potting sealant is a room temperature / heated to curing epoxy resin. This two-component epoxy sealant is designed to protect electronic products that require high strength or confidentiality. OPERATION PROCESS
Take out the two components A and B in proportion, stir
and mix evenly, vacuum to remove bubbles, and pour

PRECAUTIONS FOR OPERATION
1、 Please stir well before taking, A, B should be carefully
sealed after taking.
2、 When stirring, attention should be paid to the same
direction of stirring, otherwise too many bubbles will be mixed; Container frame and bottom of the glue should also be stirred evenly, otherwise there will be uneven mixing caused by local solidification phenomenon.
3、 Pouring onto the product and then vacuumizing to
remove bubbles can improve the comprehensive properties of the cured product.
4、 Too low temperature will lead to slow curing speed, it
is recommended to heat curing; The sealing thickness is more than 2cm and cannot be cured directly at 100℃, so as to avoid explosion.
5、 This glue curing process is exothermic reaction, and
the amount of glue will affect the length of the operation time, so the operation time under the amount of 100g glue is only a reference time.
