Can I use a blender instead of a grain mill?

Malt mill machine is used to longitudinally split the wheat bran, expose the endosperm inside the wheat grain, and through crushing treatment, break the endosperm, allowing all its parts to undergo enzymatic decomposition effect, separating the wheat bran and wheat residue.
