The working principle of the armored thermocouple is that the two ends of the conductor ofdifferent components are welded to form a loop, the direct temperature measuring end is calledthe working end, the terminal end is called the cold end, also known as the reference end. Whenthere is a temperature difference between the working end and the reference end, the thermalcurrent will be generated in the loop, connected to the displayinstrument, the instrument willindicate the corresponding temperature value ofthe thermoelectric motive force generated bythe thermocouple. The thermoelectric motive force of the armored thermocouple will increasewith the increase of the temperature of the measuring end, and the size of the thermoelectricmotive force is only related to the material of the thermocouple conductor and the temperaturediference between the two ends, and the length and diameter of the thermal electrode are unrelated.The structure principle of the armored thermocouple is that it is made of a conductor, highly insulatedmagnesium oxide, and a 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel protective tube. Armored thermocouple productsare mainly composed of junction boxes, wiring terminals and armored thermocouples, and areequipped with a variety ofinstallation and fixing devices.
