1. Brief Indroduction

This model is made on basis of adopting the advantages of Model HB15/15IIIZ with great elaboration.It is equpped with the automatic feeding device,cleaning sieve, stone separator, rubber roller paddy husker, chaff blower, gravity sieve for separating the paddy and browen rice, emery roller for milling,high pressure blower, fine chaff blower, and etc.

It has the characters of production of compact structure, beautiful appearance, small vslume, high output, less power consumption, less broken rice production and production of rice with high purity. It can process paddy into national stangard rice just once, therefore it is the most ideal paddy-processing maching for grain distribution station, mountainous area and farm as well as self-employees.

2. Construct

1. Elevators :

It include s two kinds elevators, single chain and double chain.

Single chain is for raw paddy, and double chain for paddy separator.

2. De -stoner:

The de-stoner could remove dusty and stone from raw paddy, it also include high press blower, to help clean the paddy.

3. Rice Huller:

Rice huller with double 6 ” Rubber Rollers. R emove chaff from Paddy.

Rice huller with a high pressure blower.

4. Paddy Separator:

Separating Brown rice, paddy, and mixture of paddy and brown rice.

5.Rice Whitener:

Mill brown rice into white rice. This rice whitener with emery roll, and high pressure blower and Bran collection device.
