1. Production Introduce

Currently more and more large microbrewery are built all over the world. We have built a lot of 30BBL/3500L microbrewery project like in Russia, Azerbaijan, Korea, Finland, USA, UK, Australia etc. 3500L/30BBL 3-vessel brewhouse with 70HL/60BBL Hot liquor tank is very common. There is PLC touch screen control for brewhouse. The system contains four brewhouse vessels, a mash tank, lauter tank and boiling/whirlpool tank.

This system usually brews two or three batches a day. According to different fermentation cycles of brewed beer, 6pcs 7000L/60BBL fermenters or 12pcs 3500L /30BBL fermentors can usually be configured, and 6pcs 3500L /30BBL fermenters and 6pcs 7000L/60BBL fermenters can also be configured to meet the needs of various beer types. The system also needs to be equipped with a complete automatic control system, malt milling system, CIP system, cooling system, steam heating system, air system, etc.
