The
Hydrophilic aluminum foil
is a hydrophilic treatment of aluminum foil. Through a special process, a layer of hydrophilic water layer is coated on its surface. The condensed water will quickly disperse on the hydrophilic aluminum foil and will not condense into water droplets, increasing the heat exchange area, accelerating the cooling and heating speed, and effectively avoiding the noise caused by the obstruction of air flow by condensed water.

Hydrophilic aluminum foil
is the main raw material for heat exchangers in household air conditioners, which has a significant impact on the efficiency of air conditioners. If the raw material of the heat exchanger is hydrophilic aluminum foil, it can increase the cooling efficiency by 5%, and also has anti-corrosion and mold resistant functions, without odor, without causing the accumulation of water droplets to block and affect heat exchange. The national standard for aluminum sheet and strip (GB/T3880-2006) is a unified standard applicable to aluminum alloy sheet and strip materials. Aluminum foil with a thickness of less than 0.2 millimeters is specified in the GB/T3880-2006 standard.
Product Features

Application
Hydrophilic foil is the main raw material for heat exchangers in air conditioners and is widely used in refrigeration equipment such as household air conditioners, refrigerators, and automotive air conditioners.
Compared with ordinary light foil, it has the following advantages:
1. It can increase its anti-corrosion, anti mold, and odorless properties;
2. The condensed water accumulated on the surface of the heat exchanger is evenly distributed on the surface, which will not cause aggregation and blockage between the heat exchangers due to the formation of water droplets, affecting the heat exchange conditions and thereby increasing the heat exchange rate by 5%;
3. Due to the lack of water droplets, the noise caused by vibration is also reduced accordingly;
4. It can prevent the oxidation powder of the air conditioner from blowing into the room and causing adverse effects on the human body, meeting environmental requirements;
5. The hydrophilic aluminum foil used for the cooling fins of air conditioners should comply with the regulations of YS/T95.2-2001.
