A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

A:We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 1-2 weeks or 3-4 weeks.Airline and sea shipping also optional.
Q4: Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?
A: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available
Q5: What's the guarantee time for the products?
A: We offer 3-5 years warranty for all products.
Q6: How to make payment ?
A: 30% deposit , 70% balance finished before delivery.We accept payment by T/T , Alibaba pay later and so on. If we control the container, we can pay the balance after BL COPY.
Q7: How to deal with the faulty?
A:All the products are under strict quality control to ensure defective rate less than 0.02%. During the guarantee period, if
any problems , we will send new one or spare parts.
Q8: Can you do special dimension for Led lighting products？
A: Yes, cusotimized items as customers' request.
