Product Description

Sterilization autoclave details:

1. Save energy. The working medium used in the sterilization process can be recycled, which saves energy, time, manpower and material resources, and reduces production costs.
2. High temperature and short time sterilization The double tank hot water circulation is used for sterilization, and the water in the hot water tank is heated to the temperature required for sterilization in advance, thereby shortening the sterilization time and improving the work efficiency.
3. The temperature in the sterilization tank remains stable at all stages during the sterilization process, ensuring the pass rate of the F value.
4. Fully automatic control system. The entire sterilization process is controlled by a computer PLC, which can be completed at one time without manual operation. The chart medicine is used and the screen is used for touch control. All time periods are controlled by analog sensors and automatic valves, which can switch from a single sterilization process to a multi-stage sterilization process. The pressure and temperature are displayed digitally, and various pressure modes and temperature modes suitable for any product can be programmed into the computer in advance.
5. The function of measuring F value. Each sterilization autoclave produced by our company can be equipped with an F value measuring instrument, which has the function of measuring value. The F value software calculates the F value every 3 seconds. All sterilization data, including sterilization conditions, F value, time-temperature curve, time-pressure curve, etc., can be saved or printed after processing by the data processing software to facilitate production management.
6. Analog temperature control system, multi-stage heating mechanism can be set according to the requirements of different foods for sterilization conditions, different heating and cooling programs can be set at any time, and multi-stage heating sterilization methods can be used to limit the heat of food To the smallest, the color, aroma and taste can be preserved as close as possible, so that every food can be conditioned and sterilized under the best conditions. The sterilization temperature is accurate to ±0.3℃, which can avoid the phenomenon of over-cooking or incomplete sterilization of the product.
7. The computer can store 100 sterilization formulas for selection and use.
