APPLICATION:

The meter box product by FRP material such as SMC and DMC watt-hour boxes from 1 to 24, which can solve the disadvantage of the wooden,steel and plastics watt-hour box such as aging, bad insulation, water leakage,bad resistance to cold,short life-span.SMC watt-hour has perfect performance:antisepsis capability, absolute sealed waterproof,reliable insulation,anti-tampering ,safe protection of  lead -seal and lock,life=span of more than 30years ,(indoor life-span will be more than 60 years ) and resistance to impulse (impulse the each weakness of the shell with 1Nm for three times, no damage will appear.)

This fiberglass meter box can be directly fixed on the wall,or on the electric pole,suitable for mechanical meters, electronic meters or plug-in card meters, with RCCB, DZ47, RC1 fuses,disconnecting switches and terminal boxes (terminals), etc.And can be equipped with the padlock rain screen and magnifier.  There are a big door and small door on the case,  with disconnecting devices inside,  separating the main switch from the user switch, controlled retentively.

Chemical corrosion resistance:
Due to perfect chemical corrosion resistance,it can resist the corrosion of more diluted acid, alkali and salt, in addition, it has high ability to resist the various oil products,organic solvent and seawater.

Flame resistance:
Besides perfect anti-aging property,it is coated wit a layer of protective paint that can fully withstand the ultraviolet ray, the double protections bring higher anti-aging property.The flame retardant property can reach FVO class, the smoke density class is 15, and the fume toxicity is up to class 1 in standard safety.

Strong insulation:
Superior insulating material, high surface resistance, volume resistance, breakdown voltage class, perfect dielectric performance at a high frequency, no effect of electromagnet, no electromagnetic wave  reflected.

Temperature resistance:
The material still has nice physical and mechanical performance even if it is under the wide range from -50°C to 160°C.

Thermal insulation:
The thermal insulation can lower the of environmental temperature difference on the box inner temperature, and effectively reduce the box inner condensation.

Light weight and strong toughness:
The specific gravity is from 1.75 to 1.95m ,with high tensile strength, bending strength and impact toughness, the specific strength (density divided divided by the material strenth ) is commeasirable with the high alloy steel.
