Structure and working principle

2. Control system: Electrical control hydraulic system switch, drilling power device forward and reverse, and jog. Manually operated valves control hydraulic cylinders to achieve angle adjustment of the drilling rig, lifting and drilling of the drilling rig.
3. Hydraulic system: The pump station is driven by electric motor power to work.
4. Drill frame structure: The drill frame adopts three sliding blocks to form the main outer frame of the drill frame, and the main hydraulic cylinder is connected to the auxiliary sliding blocks of the drill frame to form reciprocating motion; The auxiliary slider of the drilling frame is connected to the third slider of the drilling frame by two auxiliary hydraulic cylinders, forming reciprocating motion. The superposition of the two items can meet the requirement of loading 15 meters of drill pipe.
