1.What's the temperature withstanding reange of silicone?
Working temperature range: -40℃~230℃ or Freeze Resistant -40°F
~
Heat Resistant +482°F.
2.Are your products can reach European food grade standard? Can pass iodine or other heavy metal test? Any test reports available? If we want to do the test, how about the test fees and time?
a. yes, all of our silicone products can reach Europe and USA food grade standards;
b. We can make products according to client's requirements.
c. We can supply raw material test reports, if customer requires tests for specific products, we can assist to test, but the testing fees shoul be born by the customer. Usually FDA test fee is around USD350, LFGB test fee is around USD750, test period is around one week.
3.Can silicone products be put into microwave or dishwasher?
Yes, our silicone products are safe for oven and dishwasher.
4.Some silicone products are too soft,can we make it harder?
Yes, we can adjust the hardness according to customer's requirements.
5.Can you print/emboss/deboss our LOGO?
