Usually our MOQ is 3,000pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us

2.Can I get samples?
Sure.
We usually provide existing sample for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.We usually send samples by FEDEX,UPS,TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to us , we will ship with our account. It takes about 6-9 days to reach
3.How long is lead time of sample?
For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. They are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen, etc. Anyway, we will response fast to your request.
4.How long is the production time? It takes 20 days
for MOQ. We have large automatic production line, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
5.What format ofthe file do you need if I want my own design?
We have our own designer in house . So you can provide JPG, AI,cdr or PDF,etc.We will make PDF design for your final confirmation based on technique.
6.What is your payment term?
T/T, L/C, Alibaba trade assurance. and other secure payment terms, Payment<1000USD, 100% in advance.Payment >1000USD, 50% T/T in advance, balance before shipment.
