Water resistant honeycomb activated carbon (also known as waterproof honeycomb activated carbon); its production process is the water resistance treatment and secondary firing on common honeycomb activated carbon. Water resistant honeycomb activated carbon has characteristics of high strength, water resistance, oil resistance, resistance to strong acid and strong alkali.
Water resistant honeycomb activated carbon is widely used in adsorption purification, organic solvent separation and recovery, waste water treatment and as catalyst carrier, can be put in the water backwash without deformation and collapse, especially suitable for large flow and high viscosity fluid treatment. It is not only used for gas phase filtration, but also for liquid phase filtration.
