Q1: Can you delivery on time?
A:Delivery date is based on the contract.If we delate,we will pay 1% of total transaction amount per day.
And the contract you sign with us is under the protection of international law.
Q2: How many color options,can we customize color?
A:We can offer more than 100 colors,if you want to customize your ebike you order should >10pcs
Q3: What is your sample policy?
A:We can supply the sample,but up to two pcs. And you should pay the sample cost and the courier cost.But we can send samples from our warehouse in USA or UK.
Q4: What's your payment terms?
A: For samples,100% T/TFor bulk,<20pcs,50% T/T in advance,50% before delivery>20pcs 30% T/T in advance,70% before delivery.
Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
