Q 1 . It's our first cooperation, what can you do to let me feel safe to place order?
A After paid 30% deposit we'll work out 1pcs pp sample based on color&size you customized, then show pictures&video to confirm, pp sample confirmed OK we move on mass produciton, pp sample not OK we return all 30% deposit back you and all material&lable cost paid ourselves, if you still feel worried to check sample by video we can ship it to you, but 30USD shipping fee is on your said, kindly understand :)
Q 2 . The pp sample looks good but how can I know mass production quality is the same?
A We'll show you some pictures for mass produciton quality we did before, and also take some pictures for your goods once it well finished, then let your know packing info. and shipping fee together, after all confirmed no problem you can pay 70% balance when feel no risk. all our orders 100% inspected one by one before shipping no matter 300pcs or 30000pcs, since we wanna everything moves safe, easy and happy.
Q 3 . I need 800pcs urgently, what can you do to support us?
A If you can accept 800pcs into two shipments, let's ship 100-200pcs to help occupy market firstly (may takes about 6-9 days after paid), and balance 500-600pcs comes later, just let us know your time schedule firstly so we know how to support adjust our produciton line for you.
Q 4. I wanna mix colors, how many colors can I mix?
A The best we can do MOQ 300pcs/design mix 2 colors, but each color quantity may not the same, for example like 142pcs black+168pcs brown=300pcs, since material supplier have MOQ request ask take 1 large pieces leather back not allowed to cut, and each piece of leather size not the same.
Q 5. Price in your web. is exactly?
A The web. price is not exactly just rough estimated, since some clients wanna it be luxury go with genuine leather, and some of them wanna cut cost or no animal skin so ask for PU imitation leather, or even change the case size larger or smaller. also different quantity like 300pcs and 3000pcs labor cost large difference, so our exactly price is quote based on client's requirement on size, material, quantity etc.

1. Neutral package:
Inner packing: 1 piece case /OPP bag as retail for watch packing box.

1. When we chose material suppliers always consider quality&service as main points never just run after cheap price for best profit, experience told us the most we survived in the field 10 years the most important thing is products&service worth the price, never because of the cheapest price.
2. Our suppliers are stable cooperated, all material 100% inspected when back to us, any effectives found they never give any excuse deny but analyse with us how it caused then come up solutions how to solve the problem with the soonest new replacement.
3. Fast is one of our main skill, prices calculated in 5-10 minutes when got specifications, sales team working 8:30am-18:00pm, but any queries or quotations still reply on-line promptly during 18:00pm-23:00pm.
4. When you wanna custom sth. but don’t know what size is the most suitable or which material is the best to go with, Just tell us your ideas like what’s the case is used for or how you wanna the case looks like etc. We’ll give some suggestions accordingly.
5. From sample orders to formal orders we’ll list all points confirmation in a file with pictures explication, like material color swatch, hardware, logo size&locaiton etc. so saves your time and energy and make sure we understand each other correctly.
6. All goods 100% inspected before shipping, stains/glue/thread/stitching etc. Details will be treated carefully, we’d rather pay more attention before shipping so everything easier when clients moving sales in their market.
7. After goods finished inspection we’ll show you realistic pictures so you can know from picture if mass production quality looks the same like sample on your hand and advise packing info. and shipping price&delivery time, you make compare to go with our forwarder or your forwarder, then arrange to pay balance shipping goods out.
