The machine is equipped with two triangle sand belt units, one set of up and down chamfering unit and two sponge head sand belt units.
This machine is mainly used for the raw material sanding and primer polishing. It is a ideal sanding machine for door, window, kitchen cabinet and other furniture.

1.Features:
It is suitable for skirting line, decorative line of MDF board,wood skin and paint parts sanding.
1) This is our self-developed practical and efficient line sanding equipment for wood products, it is mainly used for the line blanks and primer sanding of wood products.
2) Suitable for processing all kinds of solid wood lines, MDF lines and other lines of white board sanding and primer sanding , can simultaneously handle the sanding of the four sides of the line.
3) The machine uses touch screen control, electric lifting,sanding rotation speed and feeding speed are frequency control, each sanding head with automatic compensation and automatic retraction function,to ensure the quality of the line sanding to extend the service lift of the abrasive.
4) Sand wheel and sand frame can be based on different edge type with different sand abrasive material (grinding wheel,octagonal sheet,polishing head, sponge head and other material) to achieve the desired sanding effect, not only to make sanding easier and more efficiency and production quality, while reducing personnel and abrasive costs, and improve profit margins.
