Product Description
The intelligent all-in-one machine for kitchen waste treatment uses organic waste such as kitchen waste, kitchen waste, and end vegetables as raw materials, and can reduce the amount of waste by more than 90% through technologies such as crushing, dehydration, oil extraction, and fermentation. The equipment includes human-computer interaction intelligence, automatic weighing and lifting, secondary sorting, pressing and dehydration, oil-water separation, spiral lifting, anaerobic fermentation, oxygen supply, deodorization and other functions. The treated organic fertilizer can be used to plant plants, the sewage is discharged up to the standard after subsequent treatment, and the waste oil is recycled as a raw material for biomass fuel.
Features
1. Reduce the volume and weight of raw materials
Food waste accounts for about 80% of the total domestic waste, and the water content in food waste is as high as about 70%, and it is perishable. At the same time, it regulates the collection and transfer problems existing in the current incineration and landfill treatment methods, and adopts "Bio-harmless technology" can achieve the effect of reducing the amount of raw materials by 90% after on-site treatment.
2. Eliminate source pollution
Control pollutants from the source to avoid environmental pollution caused by throwing, scattering, dripping and leaking during collection and transportation. This treatment method is a closed treatment, no odor, no leachate discharge, no pollution to the surrounding environment.
3. Turn waste into treasure
After oil-water separation, the oil is collected and made into biodiesel, and the solid waste residue after dry-wet separation is made into high-efficiency organic fertilizer through aerobic fermentation, which has high economic value.
The project provides support for government management by embedding cloud servers in products to enable them to have functions such as online monitoring, big data, and the Internet of Things.
5. Low energy consumption
The whole machine adopts six energy-saving and consumption-reducing designs: optimized design of electricity consumption, linear control, comprehensive heat preservation, high heating efficiency and unique energy-saving system, which reduces operating costs.
6. Low maintenance cost
The whole machine is composed of standard parts, modular components and equipment units, which is scientific and reasonable, "easy to scale production, easy to install, easy to use, and easy to maintain".
