Features
This product is developed by special technology, and it has features as light smell and environment-friendly, easy and convenient to use, powerful, fine spray granule, large cover area. Environment-friendly standard passes SGS test and complies with EU’S REACH standard, and better than that of Chinese national standard which is suitable for factory, office, and home use. This product changes the traditional way of scrape, brush and spray depending on air-compressor, and now just shake and press the self-spray nozzle to work, especially helpful to these jobs done outdoor in upper air, some special materials, non-flat surface(sunken, protruding), or dead angle bonding. This is a super assistant to save cost and enhance efficiency.
Uses
This product is widely used in industries like construction, decoration, furniture, air-conditioner, cupboard, toy, stationery, electronic, packing, printing, garment, paper, suitcase, handbag, craftwork etc, to bond sponge, fabric, leather, paper, plywood, wood, carpet, plastic, metal,
PVC, EVA, fire-proof board, aluminium mold board, paintfree board etc.
Usage
1.Keep the target surface clean, free of water, dust, grease, or other scraps.
2.Shake the container before use, open the cap, press the spray nozzle for a test.
3.Put the spray nozzle against the target surface at a distance of 20-25cm.
4.Press the spray nozzle slightly and move the container back and forth to spray on double sides.
5.Air 1-15 minutes before bond(the air time depends on the humidity and temperature. Bond when the adhesive film does not stick to finger). Position correctly for once only, and press from one side to the other with proper pressure.
6.After use, stand the container on the head, press the spray nozzle 2-3 times to clean the nozzle to avoid of jam.
Precautions
1.This product is packed under pressure, and is easy to explode and catch fire. Keep ventilated and keep away from fire, no knock or stab.
2.Store under 49℃ in well ventilated, no light, shady and cool place, keep out of the reach of children. Dump after finish the adhesive inside.
3.Contact with eye, wash with water or see doctor.
