Q1: Can I have a sample order for the application?
A: Yes, we can make the samples according to your special requests.
The sample charge can be returned while formal orders placed in future.

A: It will take 10 days for sample orders. However it will depend on your final order quantity and order confirmation date.
Q3: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: For small order, we suggest ship by express such as DHL,TNT,UPS or Fedex. It usually takes 4 to 8 days to arrive.
For more bigger orders, air or sea will also be an option. It may take 7 to 30 days from our airport/seaport to customers’.

Q5: How many years are your product warranty？
A: Different products series have different guarantee period. We offer 1-5 years warranty to our products.
Q6: Is it OK to print my logo on solar panels?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
