Restrained Spring Mount vibration isolator for HVAC

TF series vibration isolators consist of free-standing, large diameter, laterally stable steel springs assembled into welded steel housing assemblies fabricated to limit vertical movement of the isolated equipment if equipment loads are reduced, or if the equipment is subjected to large external forces. Spring elements are completed with an internal adjusting and leveling bolt. The TF1 uses a single spring element, while TF2, TF4, TF6, TF8 uses multiple spring elements for heavier applications. An 8mm thick non-skid noise absorbing rubber pad is bonded at the bottom plates. Holes are provided for bolting the isolator to the structure.

The springs within the isolator are designed according to GB/T 1222-2007. Epoxy powder coated springs and housings with a 1000-hour salt spray rating as per test method ASTM B117. To assure lateral stability, lateral spring stiffness is greater than 1.5 times of the rate vertical stiffness and are designed to provide a minimum 50% overload capacity to compensate for unexpected load vibrations. All the diameter of the spring elements is greater than 80% of the height of the compressed spring when at rated load. Each rated load of the spring element has a different code and color for easy distinguishability.

The TF series vibration isolators are available in the standard defections at 25mm, and also available in defections of 50mm, 75mm and 100mm. Load capacity of the TF isolators range from 250Kgs up to 12000Kgs.
