Description
Semi-automatic burning machine is designed mainly for factories and companies to burning IC.CK1-122- dip 300 is available for Tube-type microcontroller and Flash to burn and test. This help the majority of factories solve the problems of low efficiency and high defective rate. Also in line with the standard that the factories and design companies require to the cost of tool production. Currently include of Burner DIP300mil, SOP300mil, SOP150mil, SSOP300mil, SSOP150mil, SSOP201mil, TSSOP173mil to IC package. When replacing the programmer from different manufacturers, it can burn the IC from different manufacturers. According to dirrerent setting up,It can burn 2 IC at one time.
Main Features
1. Can put one tube IC that is to be burned to feed tube.
2. According to burner's OK, NG signal after the end of the burn, Can classify the burned IC, which means that there has two discharge tube.
3. Convinent to adjust the machine parameters, proper parameters can make the macine run more smoothly and improve productivity.
4. The set parameters of the machine before out of factory is suitable to most of burning machines. When parameters of the machine cannot be set for the smooth work, can be restored to factory parameters.
5. Because of the different packages, you can set the number of IC per tube when the tube is full.
6. After the problems with NG, it will burn once again. It can be judge as NG after twice NG identification.
7. The display of LCD with a user-friendly interface.
8. Can be used in wide range and suitable to burn the majority of IC.
9. Regarding no gas source, this machine is easy to use and can burn 2 IC, the production efficiency can be increased greatly.
