Q: How can I customize the products?
A: Before making the order, you can reach us online and discuss and confirm the details, and leave a note when making the order.
Q: Are you trader or manufacturer?
A: We are manufacturer and wholesaler, we have own SS pipe factory and processing plant, welcome visiting.
Q: Does your price include delivery fee?
A: It depends on you; we can offer FOB, CIF or EXW (factory) price.
Q: When will the order be delivered?
A: Normally it takes 2 or 3 days for goods in stock, and it takes around 10 days for customized products.
Q: What is your payment condition?
A: Our payment condition is 30% for deposit and 70% for the residual. After the order is made, the deposit will be paid, then we will start the production or packaging as soon as possible. Buyer will need to pay the residual before we dispatch the products.
