FIVE-LAYER STAINLESS STEEL SHELF
The steam cabinet is divided into five layers, with each layer of 300×300MM in dimensions, being able to hold about 60 steam buns at a time. Each layer frame is made of food-grade stainless steel, which can be pulled out for an easier fetching of buns. The tilt track design prevents the buns from mushy caused by condensation.
The spacing of the trays is 8CM.
INTUITIVE WATER LEVEL OBSERVATION
The external food-grade plastic water level tank is convenient for clear observation of the remaining amount of internal water, which is handy for the timely replenishment of water to prevent accidents. (NOTE: The safety water level should be between MIN and MAX valve.)
INTELLIGENT & PRECISE HEATING
The high-quality 304 stainless steel spiral heating tube can realize rapid heating in the electric bun warmer. An intelligent temperature control knob facilitates precise temperature control, which covers a range from 30℃ (86℉) to 110℃ (230℉).
