Product Feature
Model KVH800 is our hot sell product. We launched the first KVH800 heater in June of 2018. The Second generation KVH800 is in service from February of 2019 until now.
KVH800 heater remains top two on our popular product list from the beginning. We have developed several derivative products, such as KVH800 Luxury type, KVH800 With deodorant box, etc.

Assembly-

1. KVH800's burner can run on all kinds of waste oil with or without Impurities, as well as diesel.
2. KVH800's combustion chamber is made of 304 stainless steel.
3. The package includes an external 54L oil heating&storage tank, the whole oil pump & filter system, remote controller, etc

Working-
1. Set the room temperature, t he heater works fully automatically.
2. The working stage is readable.
3. If the heater is malfunction, there will come an alarm sound.

Fan Protection-
The fan not only blows out hot air to the outsides, but it can also detect the combustion chamber's temperature- blows cold air inside to cool it down.

No Smoke-
1.The chimney connector is 100% sealed to guarantee no smoke leaks indoors.
2. With the right set, the outside smoke is also invisible.

Low Smoke Temperature- Unique flue construction allows smoke has a slower pass speed, which leads to less heat loss. The heater's current heat efficiency is around 90%.

Maintenance-
1. The combustion chamber is openable, easy to clean ash inside.
2. Quality warranty is for one year. We provide spare parts for a long time.
Work Stage

KVH800 OIL HEATER VIDEO (I) Openable chamber test

Before the test- We open the chamber by loosening the cover and chamber's screws, exposing the openable chamber completely.
The sealed material is the special fiberglass paper- no asbestos at all. We open the mold to ensure a 100% seal.
Test process- We let the KVH800 heater run for 30 minutes without a stop.
Test result- After 30 minutes of working. We reopen the chamber.
The sealed material becomes yellow but still integrated. There are no ashes inside the chamber, neither carbon deposit on the flame ring. Video link, https://youtu.be/7L4V4RbXuMk

KVH800 OIL HEATER VIDEO (II) Burner drives fan to work
Power on, switch on the emergency start button. If the fan's temp is lower than the setting, then the burner starts to work.

Burner's working process is oil pump→heating(4 minutes)→fan→ignite→fire.

Fire keeps heating the exchanger inside, the fan's temp rises up. When reaching the set temp, the fan starts to suck in cold air, blow out warm air.

Test result, From plug until the fan starts to function, takes a total of 4 minutes 15 seconds.

KINGWEI OIL HEATER VIDEO (III) Fan blows out hot air

Set the room temperature. It needs to be higher than the room's current temp.

Burner starts to work fully automatically-inject fire to the exchanger, cold air in, circulates, hot air out from the window shades.

When the room’s temp reaches the set temp, the burner stops working automatically. When the room's temp drops to the set temp, the burner will be back to work again.

If the burner is under malfunction, there will come an alarm sound. When this happens, please power off, remove the burner from the chamber, and find the cause.
