Quality control
Material - our aluminum extrusion are made by standard aluminum ingots of aluminum 6063 /6061 .we test the hardness of all aluminum extrusion , it should be above 12t . and we have exact surface requirements : no obevious scraches and machine line .
cutting - our machine is double saw machine , make exact length to keep the exact punching or drilling
welding - we have welding line test to make sure the welding can match the strength requirements of special products
powder coating - before powder coating we test the pre-treatment liquids to make sure they are OK for pre-treatment . During powder caoting , tempreture testing make sure our tempreture is stable and over 10 min 200 ℃ ,after powder coating , surface film testing and boiling water and cross cut test make sure our powder coating warranty .
