Certifications
Glass Temperature Difference Test
Advantage: we test every glass in production line
Put the glass from the tempering furnace immediately into water at room`s temperature, lid should not be broken.
Impact Resistance Test
Advantage: we put steel plate, which is very hard and only strong glass lid can stand it
Drop 225g±2g steel ball from the height at 1.5 metre in free fall and impact on the lid which put on steel plate. After three times drop, damage or cracks should not happen and rim should not loose.
Fragmentation Status Test
Advantage: normal quality is 100pcs in 5x5cm, our quality control standard is more than 180pcs
break the lid with hammer and check, the number of particles should be over 180pcs within the area of 50mmx50mm, and the biggest fragment should not over 3g or 25mm.
High Temperature Test
Advantage: normal temperature is 200℃，our quality control standard is 260℃
put thd lid into oven at 260℃ for 60mins, remove immediately into water at 20±5℃, keep for 10mins. Repeat for 3 times, lid should not be broken.
Salt Spray Test
Advantage: test every batch of SS rim raw material.
Pick regularly from production line for testing everyday.
put the lid into the salt spray of 5% NaCl with the PH at 7.0 for 24 hours, unmovable rust should not happen on the rim.
Dishwasher Washing Test
Advantage: Pick regularly from production line for testing everyday.
Put the lid into dishwasher and set parameter for testing. Lid should be cleaned after testing and not break.
Packing & Delivery
Regular packing: paper between lid, put in outer carton.
Each lid in one bubble bag.
each lid in one clear PP bag.
Each lid with carboard corner protector.
