Multiple base materials can be fastened easily and quickly through work performed on one side.This enables speedy assembly work compared to the conventional welding method and the tapping screw method,contributing to cost reductions.Handling is easy even for first-time users.As the work requires only a lightweight fastening tool,even long hours of work is undemanding.Structural rivets are available in three types:HCrivets®,Hcrivets® and UG rivets.HCrivets® are a mandrel axial force transfer-type rivet.As the flange is squeezed with the workpiece attracted on the buckling side,it generates a powerful crimping force.As this makes the parallel groove of the mandrel bite into the body,loosening due to vibration does not occur.HSrivet® is a wide buckling-type rivet.It buckles into a bulb shape and generates a powerful crimping force.With its wide buckling diameter, it also generates a powerful tensile force.UG rivets are hole-filling rivets.They use an internal lock mechanism that is resistant to vibration. The thickness of the wide fastening plate is able to reduce the number of components.
