8 Channel Battery Analyzer (0.6 -300 mA, upto 5V w/ Temperature & DCR Measurement
BST8-300-CST is an eight-channel battery analyzer for most applications in battery testing fields such as electrode materials research, battery performance & cycle test, small-scale battery formation, capacity grading, battery pack testing and etc.
FEATURES
Extended testing current ranges from 0.6mA~300mA, up to 5V.
Benefits from the implementation of eight independent constant-current & voltage sources, each channel can function independently without interference with each other.
16bit Bipolar ADC/DAC module enables the stable and accurate voltage sampling.
The dynamic loading protection function prevents the cell & device from damaging by the surge current.
Advanced DCR testing function filters out unqualified batteries ahead of time by detecting improper metal contact.

The software is included to set various working modes for evaluating cell capacity and lifecycle for all types of rechargeable batteries Limited threshold conditions include voltage, current, time, capacity, negative voltage slope, etc. With real-time monitoring windows and integrated graph/data windows, the testing process can be observed more directly and efficiently. |
Test Reports and Curves for Analysis |
Various graphs and curves can be created by software based on user definition. (Voltage-time curve, current-time curve, capacity-voltage curve, loops times charge/discharge capacity curve, loops times charge/ discharge efficiency curve, etc) Data reports are created by software in excel format. A copy of MS Excel must be installed in order to export data. The user can easily compare the performance of the batteries tested in channels both visually and statistically. |
Protection and Auto-recover |
If the power failure occurs during testing, the system will shut down all the operating channels. Once power is recovered, the system will automatically resume those stopped channels and ensure that the test is normally conducted, so that no cases will lose any data. |
DCR Testability |
The DCR Testing feature enables the Hybrid PulsePower Characterization (HPPC) of the battery. Such function also provides the max/min voltage and current protection. |
Temperature Measurement & Battery clips |
Each channel has an N-type thermocouple to monitor the temperature of the batteries during the charging/discharging cycles. Temperature range: -20 − 120 ° C 8 alligator clips pair with a thermocouple for pouch cell connection. (~ 1 meter in length) 8 set of alligator clips with thermocouple for coin cell connection. |
