Product Description
This machine is programmable and controlled by PLC microcomputer, which integrates optical, mechanical, electrical, sensing and pneumatic execution. The piston stroke of the injection cylinder is driven by servo motor, the stroke positioning is accurate, and the fast filling is set.When the filling volume is close to the bottle mouth, the velocity pressure is reduced to prevent the material from splashing and spilling due to solid impulse. The machine has a high degree of automation and easy adjustment, and when changing the specification or correcting the measurement, it only needs to be adjusted on the display screen to meet the required accurate measurement. It can be applied to vegetable oil, honey, jam, syrup, preparation, suspension, engine oil and various viscous materials in the daily chemical industry.
