Factory Process

How do we produce it

* No 1. We need to remove the PVC liquid material of the corresponding color of the logo and vacuum it.

* No 2. Apply the corresponding color material to the corresponding position of the logo with the automatic drip molding machine.

* No 3. The mold coated with logo is heated through the constant temperature heating line.

* No 4. The specified amount of base material is automatically poured into the back of the mold.

* No 5. When the mold is fed to the base material, a second vacuum is needed to cover the nails in a smaller space.

* No 6. Send to the constant temperature heating line for heating.

* No 7. Conduct quality checks on finished products.

* No 8. Pack the products that have passed the quality inspection into boxes.

* No 9. Load the large cargo onto the car and send it to the corresponding port or logistics.
