1. Minimum ordering quantity
----- Solid wood material
100m², MDF material 100 slab.
2. Samples
----- Samples are available and can be offered free.
----- It usually charge 3 times for producing new samples and pay back after a formal order which meets MOQ.
3. Payment
What is your payment term?
A: Normally, We accept 50% deposit by TT before production, balance to be paid before loading.
What is your price term?
A: Our standard price term is FOB China. We could also price on EXW, CIF, DDU.
4. Production & Inspection
What’s your lead time?
A: Solid wood material delivery time is 45 days after order. MDF material delivery time is 30-35 days after order.
How could I check the quality?
A: Your guys and QC is welcome to do inspection in factory. Or start an video meeting with our sales and QC on line inspect.
Decoleader always do self-inspection and take photos of each dimensions/each type. Photos will be loaded on
dropbox and send.
