1. How long does the delivery take?
After receiving the deposit (usually upon notification of T/T)
- Sample order: 10-15 days;
- Trial order: 15-25 days
- Customized order: 40-45 days
- 20FT container: 25-30 days;
- 40HQ container: 35-40 days.

2. Can we use our own shipping agent?
Of course, we will do the best to cooperate.

3. Is OEM acceptable?
Yes. OEM & ODM accepted. Please email us for details.

4. Can you help to print our brand on the package?
Yes, we can. you can offer us a "logo usage authorization letter" to allow us to print the logo on the products.

5. Can your factory make customized products?
