Characteristic
:
Polyacrylonitrile pre oxidized fiber (panof), abbreviated as pre oxidized fiber, is the basic material for producing carbon fibers. Polyacrylonitrile based precursor fibers are subjected to high-temperature treatment at 250-2800 ℃ to obtain pre oxidized fiber felt. Its thickness is 3-15mm, has good flexibility, flame retardancy, high temperature resistance, can withstand high temperatures of 500-1000 ℃, has good insulation effect, is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, and is radiation resistant.
Mainly used in the production of high-temperature sealing fillers, fire and flame resistant materials, heat-resistant fabrics, and fillers.
