50um 60 80 100 micron porous titanium powder sintered filter cartridge
Titanium foam is a porous titanium filter made of industrial high-purity titanium powder (99.6% and 0.4% are titanium alloys: nitrogen, hydrogen, iron, manganese, etc.) as raw materials, after screening, cold isostatic pressing and sintering at high temperature and high vacuum.
Titanium foam application:
1. can be the field of hydrogen production by electrolysis of water.
2. can be PEM electrolyzer diffusion layer.
3. can be hydrogen fuel.
4. can be used for hydeogen suction machine,
5. hydrogen-rich water dispenser and hydrogen-rich cup.
1. Uniform structure, narrow pore size distribution and high separation efficiency.
2. High porosity, low filtration resistance and high permeability.
3. It is resistant to high temperature and can normally be used below 280 ℃.
4. Good chemical stability, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance.
5. No particles fall off, no secondary pollution of the original solution, and meet the requirements of food hygiene and pharmaceutical GMP.
6. Good mechanical performance, pressure filtration and suction filtration, simple operation.
7. Low differential pressure, small floor area and large flow.
8. It has strong anti microbial ability and does not interact with microorganisms.
9. The forming process is good, and the overall length without welding can reach 1000mm.
