Manufacturing facilities

Triangle tyres are produced by the world famous manufacturing facilities which are imported from Italy, Germany, Japan, USA, Holland and etc to ensure the stable high quality. Every tyre will be tested by X-ray before warehouse.

Warehouse

All Triangle tyres are well kept in the indoor warehouses to ensure all tyres clean and clear. Each Triangle tyre has its own serial number which can help to know the production date, plant code, manufacturing facilities information and all other information related to this tyre.

Packing & Shipping

Every Triangle tyre will be scanned before loading, there will be a list of serial numbers of all tyres loaded, container NO., loading date, B/L information. Every Triangle tyre can be tracked.

1.Q: How about your delivery time?

A: Within 10 days after deposit, we always LOAD the goods according to customer's requirement.
2.Q: What's about the minimum order quantity?
A: We suggest at least 40HQ,as by our exporting experience, 20GP container sea freight is more economic.
3.Q: How about quality guarantee of your tires?
A: 1) We import nature rubber from Thailand and we use the best CABOT Brand Carbon Black and BEKAERT Brand Steel. Advanced production equipment.
2) All semi-finished tires are inspected 100%, qualified rate is almost 100%.
3) There are 5 times inspection for each tyre, including appearance test,X-ray test, dynamic test and so on.
4.Q: Do you have stock?
A:We have 40,0000 pcs regular inventory for fast delivery, and we have modern warehouse to keep the tyre clean and new.

5.Q: Can we do a mix loading?

A: Sure, we can load TBR mix with PCR, TUBE, OTR, WHEELS and other auto parts in 1X40HQ.

6.Q: Terms of payment
A: 1). First time cooperation, we can accept  30% TT deposit, the balance should be paid against copy of B/L within 10 days.
2). By irrevocable LC at sight.
3). Any other payment term, we can discuss.
7 . Q: What certificates do you have?
A: DOT,ECE,CCC,SNI,INMETRO,GCC,SONCAP,SGS,ECE.,Smark, REACH,SASO,LATU,NOM ect. certificates.
