A:Our warranty for Battery and charger is 12months, Earphone 6months
Q: Do battery need charge at the first time
A: Ues. As shipping requests not charger over 10%. So charge is needed. For Ni-Cd,the first charging should over night. Ni-Mh and Li-ion can stop charge when the light green.
