Product Description
Flow switch is a sensor device used for water circulation control, water inlet and outlet control, water heating control, water pump switch control, solenoid valve on-off control or water outlet power-off, water outlet power-on control and other processes of electric water heater, solar water heater, air conditioner and other water systems. When a certain flow is reached, the water flow is converted into switching electrical signals.
The flow switch consists of a magnetic core, a return spring, a forged copper or carbon housing and a sensor. The shell is made of H58 forged copper or carbon, the magnetic core is made of neodymium iron boron permanent magnet material, and the sensor magnetic control switch is an imported medium power element. The interfaces of water inlet end and water outlet end are G1 / 2 ″ standard pipe threads.
Working principle: when the water flow in the pipeline is greater than 0.75l/min, the magnetic core will displace under the action of water flow and drive the magnetic source to produce magnetic control, so that the sensor outputs "1" switch signal, which is input to the equipment control system, and the purpose of water flow control is realized after power expansion and amplification. When the water flow in the pipeline is less than 0.75l/min, the magnetic core drives the magnetic source to return under the thrust of the return spring, so that the sensor outputs the "0" switch signal and stops the work of the system. The flow switch has the advantages of high sensitivity and strong durability.
