6 L with display 20 minute timing dual solenoid valve anti dry burning dual ignition flue gas water heater pulse igniter
The flue pulse ignition controller is mainly used for all kinds of natural breathing gas appliance products with gas as the fuel.
It is used for automatic ignition and flameout protection. This product needs to be installed in a well ventilated outdoor
location due to natural breathing and high combustion power during operation. It is prohibited to install it indoors to prevent

Work flow
Use guide
1. Dual ignition function. Effectively prevent deflagration caused by slow flame transmission.
2.20min timed shutdown safety protection function. Prevent forgetting to shut down or accidental automatic shutdown within 20 minutes.
3. The flameout protection function, the accidental flameout indicator light flashes to prompt, close the solenoid valve, and cut off the air source.
4.Over protection dry burning prevention function: In case of over temperature caused by water supply failure or too
small water supply flow, the controller will close the solenoid valve according to the protection switch of two temperature control points, cut off the gas source and stop burning for safety protection.
5 Double solenoid valve air circuit design, double air source leak proof safety.
6 The display is equipped with a low battery change reminder function, which has the same cost advantage as ordinary igniters
7.Working process 7.1.Turn on the water heater tap, the water flows through the water air linkage valve, the microswitch on the
water air linkage valve is connected, the igniter power is turned on, and the igniter starts to ignite after the igniter power is
turned on. 7.2.After a delay of 1 second, the output voltage of the drive circuit of the igniter solenoid valve opens the solenoid
valve to supply gas, and the combustible gas starting burning. The igniter flame detection circuit stops ignition when it detects
a flame. The igniter solenoid valve maintains the output voltage of the circuit to enable the solenoid valve to continuously
supply gas to keep burning.

7.3.When the igniter ignites for 10 seconds and no flame is detected, the igniter turns off the solenoid valve and the indicator light indicates ignition failure.
7.4.After the igniter is ignited, the flame detection circuit will always detect the flame. Once the flame cannot be detected, the igniter solenoid valve maintenance circuit will be closed, the solenoid valve air supply will be cut off, and the indicator will indicate abnormal flame detection fault.
7.5.After the igniter works for 20 minutes, the solenoid valve will be closed and the indicator light will indicate that the timing time is up.
