Q: Can I connect a panel with the same power consumption as Daifumio? A: We do not recommend connecting panels with different basic specifications. If you do connect, please check the electrical specifications of each panel. If the voltage values are close, we recommend connecting them in parallel. If the current values are close, we recommend connecting them in series. When connecting in parallel, be sure to install an anti-reverse current diode. Q: The weather is sunny in August, but power generation is lower than around April. Why? A: The outdoor temperature at which solar panels are most efficient is 25°C. The solar panels are not as efficient as they could be in the middle of summer. There exists a characteristic of power generation efficiency decreasing in high summer and mid-winter seasons. Q: Can I charge other companies' portable power? A: Most commercially available portable power supplies have a built-in charge controller, so there is no need to connect a separate charge controller. Ask the manufacturer for the PV input voltage/current range of the portable power supply. If the solar panel specifications are within the range, it can be connected. Tip: When using a charge controller, the conversion rate is 97%~99% for MPPT mode and 70% for PWM mode.
