A: Our factory is located in Dongguan city, Guangdong province. You are warmly welcome to visit whenever you are available.
3. Q: How can I know which pallet suits my use ?

All you need is give below details and our sales team will propose suitable models ,
a)
Pallet size Length *Width *height.
b)
Pallet usage stackable pallet, rackable pallet, flooring use pallet, export use pallet.
c) Pallet load capacity dynamic load, static load, racking load accordingly.

Q: What is your delivery time?
A: In general, within 15 days. It also depends on the order quantity and design.

Q: What is the term of payment?
A: Payment terms: 30% of deposit upon signing the PI, and balance will be cleared by T/T before delivery.
6. Q: Whats' your payment terms?
A: In general, T/T is the most used by our customer. Surely, we can also accept L/C, Paypal, West Union or others accoridng to specific requirements.

A: Yes, samples are available at any time. We charge the cost of the sample but after, when we receive the order, we discount the price of one product from the sub total..
