1. It is a heat curing, solvent free sealant based on a PVC / polyacrylic plastisol.
2. It can be applied to clean, bare steel or electrocoat and accepts powder paint either cured or wet on wet.
3. It is used in high heat applications (230°C) where resistance to heat degradation and color change is important.

For optimum performance, the substrate should be free of impurities. Before using a new substrate, it is recommended to complete the corresponding test verification on the substrate.

Different curing conditions will lead to changes in shear strength.
4. S858 is made of uniform material and no particles. It can be pumped or tubular glue gun can be used. In case of long shutdown ( > 8 hours ), it is recommended to release the system pressure to reduce the possibility of pipeline caking. It is recommended to purge and clean the material pipeline regularly.
